Lower Price Hill Community School
Miami University Student Show

Kim,
Thank you so much for all the work and time you took to share your students' drawings with the Lower Price Hill community. They looked so nice the way you hung them, and they added inspiration and gravitas to the graduation ceremony. It was an opportunity to talk afterwards with about their futures and what they could do to improve their world. I even had a chance to discuss these proposals with Jack Degano [Lower Price Hill Community Council President] before and after the ceremony. He spent a long time studying them, and I think he was very impressed. He agreed to print the following in the LPH Newsletter:
"Lower Price Hill Community School invites you to view the design proposals hanging in St. Michael's Sanctuary. The designs were conceived by architectural students at Miami University and the College of St Joe's under the supervision of Professor Kim Burke. Inspired by the Community Visioning Session held at Oyler School last May one year ago, the student designs represent architectural renderings of a future Children's Nature Education Center on Price Landing along the river front. "
Thank you again, Kim.
